What we sell

Acremining sells educational materials about researching land using public records, including the Acremining Field Kit (a downloadable PDF) and related training. Everything we provide is for general educational purposes. We are not a real estate broker, attorney, accountant or financial adviser, and nothing on this site or in our materials is legal, tax, investment or professional advice. Land transactions involve costs, risk and local rules; get professional advice before acting.

No earnings guarantee

We make no promise that you will find a property, complete a transaction, or earn any amount of money. Any examples we show are illustrations of a research process, not a prediction of your results. Your results depend entirely on your own work, decisions, market conditions and factors outside our control.

Your license

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education. You may not resell, share, post or redistribute them, and you may not use them to build a competing product. All content, names and designs on this site are owned by Acremining.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Our refund policy is on the Refunds & Disclaimer page. Checkout and payment are handled by Whop under its own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use our materials for anything unlawful, including contacting property owners in ways that violate the law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Acremining is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or materials, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
